Pre-Requisites:
- Proven working experience in content writing, creative writing and portal content management
- Ability to deliver high quality and creative content, aligned with brand voice
- Education level must be in a field and to a level that they are able to research, understand and apply new information to a task, project or field issue
- A good marketing background with the ability to articulate messages aligned with the brand identity in a clear and concise format
Objectives:
- Planning, development, coordination, implementation and monitoring of comprehensive Digital and Corporate Communications strategies for online solutions
- Design, implement and facilitate the annual Digital and Corporate Communications plan including but not limited to Public Relations, internal communications, social media, and crisis communications
- Serve as a primary point of contact for media and crisis communications
- Support and facilitate development and implementation Social Media and other Digital activities
- Plan and administer the corporate Communications and Digital Budget
- Assess and develop new programs and services
- Analyze and evaluate digital and corporate communications performance outcomes and recommends changes to optimize competitive position
- Formulates Strategies based on environmental analysis, market research, competitive analysis and operational availability
- Provides vision, innovation and leadership to the role
- Manages the Communications and Digital team of professionals and develops annual key performance indicators for team members
- Mentors and provides growth and learning opportunities for staff
- Collaborates with other departments and agencies to develop communication tactics and programs in line with brand guidelines
- Manage Digital and PR agencies
- Coordinating and tracking approvals
- Other duties assigned
Skills:
- Communication skills: Adept communicator with the ability to liaise with people on all level, in English and Arabic is a bonus.
- Writing skills: the ability to write in a clear and concise manner and to be able to convey information appropriately for a variety of audiences.
- Tools Skills: Ability to utilize multiple tools in order to produce content in a variety of document formats.
- Interviewing and Listening Skills: The candidate needs to know how to ask the right questions. Also, need to know the best person to approach and have a feel for the varying personalities and preferences of the people.
- Strong Listening Skills: To capture the information necessary and to know which follow-up questions need to be answered
- Design Skills: Appreciations for graphics and formatting as well as illustrations.

Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in corporate/digital communications is required with experience managing social media and/or other Digital activities
- Ability to manage complex group processes using effective matrix management, negotiation and leadership skills
- Prior experience with communications principles, research, research, policies’ analysis and program development is required
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to speak and write in English is a must, Arabic preferred
- Internet industry experience is preferred
Education Requirements:
- Educated to BS/MS level or equivalent within the relevant position, Marketing and/or Business Administration
Required Experience:
- 6+ media industry experience
- 2+ experience in this role
